Management and coordination

WP6 handles the day-to-day management, coordination, and reporting that keep the consortium aligned — covering financial and administrative coordination, periodic project meetings, and formal reporting in line with EURAMET requirements.

Task 6.1

Project management

Months 1–36

Continuous coordination activities: financial management, partner liaison, contract administration, risk monitoring, and consortium agreement maintenance throughout the 36 months.

Project management board

TUBITAK coordinates with the project management board (one representative per participant) — guiding the project, attending meetings, and organising progress meetings at local institutes.

Work-package leaders report on ongoing progress to the coordinator via email, calls, and virtual meetings.

Task 6.2

Project meetings

Months 1–36

Kick-off meeting at month 2, followed by periodic consortium and steering committee meetings every ~9 months, plus ad-hoc technical meetings as needed.

Kick-off meeting involving all participants — held approximately two months after project start, hosted at TUBITAK.

Five formal project meetings

Five formal project meetings: kick-off, M9 (UL), M18 (mid-term, host TBD), M27, and M36 (final). Held prior to reporting every nine months — reviewing progress and clarifying roles for the next period.

Ad-hoc technical WP meetings

Technical meetings of different work-package groups held as needed — organised remotely on an ad-hoc basis.

Project reporting

Formal reporting submitted in accordance with EURAMET's Reporting Guidelines: kick-off, interim, mid-term, and final reports plus any periodic financial statements.

Publishable summary produced one month after the start of the project and submitted to EURAMET.
